Performa is the maintenance and support program that SCSI Toolbox offers to its customers. We offer Performa to our customers to make sure they have the most up-to-date testing solution available on the market.

All products purchase include one year of Performa. After that you (as the customer) have the choice to renew your Performa coverage at the annual price for your product or you can just continue to use the last version supplied with your orginal purchase.

Members of the Performa program receive the following benefits:

• Access to all product updates (CD's Shipped Quarterly to the Technical Contact)*.
• New tests, new interface support, new commands, major upgrade or incremental change.
• Access to technical support and engineering staff.
• Special “preferred customer” pricing on upgrades and new purchases.
