ChannelTrack™ performance analysis system monitors network performance and identifies network problems

Ancot's FCAccess 2000A provides a complete protocol analysis and network performance test system for 1.0625 and 2.125 Gbps Fibre Channel.

The FCAccess 2000A continues the revolutionary new standard established by the FCAccess 1000. FCAccess is the first network-attached analyzer for Fibre Channel.  Using client-server architecture, the Java-based FCAccess client allows the analyzer to run on virtually any host computer system (e.g., Solaris, UNIX,  Windows, etc.).  Multiple clients may control the analyzer and/or view data simultaneously.  The analyzer can be completely controlled and operated from any location in the world via IP (e.g., Ethernet, Internet) access.FCAccess introduces a revolutionary new design for Fibre Channel test instrumentation that provides the user with unprecedented power and flexibility.

FCAccess features a client/server architecture with host-independent (Java-based) clients that can run on virtually any host computer (not just a PC).  The FCAccess client provides the ability to easily design complex triggers and filters, to completely control the system and to analyze the trace recordings.  As with other systems, the client can run on the local CPU to provide a fully-integrated, stand-alone analyzer, but the real power of client/server architecture is the ability to run the analyzer entirely from remote locations.  This allows the development engineer to maintain an integrated development environment within a single desktop workstation.  Access to the server is possible over any IP network, such as Ethernet and Internet.  Multiple users may access the server simultaneously, allowing concurrent sharing and collaborative diagnosis and problem-solving for geographically-distributed workgroups.
FCAccess 2000A provides the industry's most advanced Fibre Channel traffic capture capability.  FCAccess captures all FC traffic at 1.06Gb and 2.12Gb data rates in native 10B format, at acquisition rates exceeding 540 MB/s.  FCAccess also provides by far the deepest trace memory in the industry (up to 4 GBytes), to enable recording of long traffic sequences.

Long trace recordings are useless without the ability to quickly search and find the data you want.  FCAccess provides WarpSearch™, an advanced hardware-based data search engine that locates critical data within seconds.

With access over Ethernet or Internet, powerful hardware triggering, capture and data filter capability, and hardware-assisted searching, FCAccess is a revolutionary new productivity tool for engineers who design, maintain, optimize or troubleshoot Fibre Channel systems.
