NorthstarADT™ is the ultimate tool for any HDD engineering
and/or testing environment. Developed in conjunction with
major storage manufacturers, NorthstarADT™ incorporates the

- When using command tag queuing, NorthstarADT is able to
provide overlapped I/O’s to a device with a user
configurable queue depth up to the limitations of the
hardware and the OS.
EASY TO USE AND FLEXIBLE
And while NorthstarADT™ is developed for the highest level
of fibre channel hard drive engineering and testing, its user
interface was designed with ease of use and flexibility as
primary requirements. In one view for instance, a split window
will display device status (available, selected, testing,
passed, failed, etc.) on one side while the other side shows
test selection, configuration and progress data allowing the
user to see the device status while the tests are running.
